Orders & Shipping

How can I track my order?
Track your order anytime via our tracking page: Track your order. If you just placed an order, tracking may take 24–72 hours to show the first updates.
What are your delivery times?
Our average delivery time is 5–10 business days. Delivery times can vary by destination, carrier capacity, and processing. For the latest update, please use Track your order.
Can I change my address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t been processed/shipped yet, we can usually help update your address. Customers with an account may be able to update saved addresses, but changes won’t always apply to an order that is already in processing. Please contact us as soon as possible via Contact.
Can I cancel or modify my order?

We can help with cancellations or changes only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

My tracking hasn’t updated — is that normal?
Yes. Tracking updates can be delayed and may not update every day. For the most accurate status, please check Track your order.
What if my order is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Please check around your delivery location and with neighbors/household members first. If it’s still missing, contact us via Contact and we’ll help you review the delivery details and next steps.
Do you ship internationally? Are there customs fees?
We ship internationally. In some countries, local customs duties/taxes may apply depending on local rules. These charges are set by your local authorities and are outside our control.

What does “925 sterling silver” mean?
925 sterling silver means the piece contains 92.5% pure silver, blended with other metals for strength and durability. It’s the standard for high-quality silver jewelry.
What is moissanite?
Moissanite is a premium gemstone known for its brilliant sparkle and durability. It has a diamond-like look, but it’s a different gemstone with its own unique properties.
Is moissanite “real”?
Yes — moissanite is a real gemstone. It is not plastic or glass. It’s a recognized gemstone chosen for sparkle and durability.
Will it pass a diamond tester?
Yes. Moissanite passes standard diamond testers because it has similar thermal conductivity to diamonds. Advanced testers or a professional jeweler can tell the difference between moissanite and diamond. 
Do you guarantee authenticity?
Yes. We stand behind the authenticity of our materials and stones. We focus on verified quality and consistent sourcing.

Care & Wear

Is your jewelry waterproof?
Our jewelry is made for everyday wear and is water-resistant.  
While occasional contact with water (such as rain or hand washing) is fine, we don’t recommend frequent or prolonged exposure to water.
To keep your pieces looking their best over time, avoid showering, swimming, and exposure to soap, chlorine, saltwater, and chemicals.
Will the jewelry tarnish or change color?
Our jewelry is made with high-quality materials designed to resist tarnishing during normal wear.
With proper care, your pieces will maintain their color and shine over time.  
To preserve the finish, avoid prolonged exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, and harsh environments.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Many customers with sensitive skin wear our pieces comfortably. If you have specific allergies, we recommend checking the product description and contacting us via Contact before ordering.
How do I care for my jewelry?
  • Store jewelry in a dry place (pouch or box).
  • Avoid perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, and harsh chemicals.
  • Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing. Each order includes an ICED OUT polishing cloth to help maintain shine. 
  • Remove jewelry before sports, swimming, and showering.
